Food items can not be exchanged or refundable once ordered.
Consult with your vet before purchasing these meals for your pet.
When ordering please ensure that the quantity ordered is correct.
Treats are to be given in moderation.
If your pet has never been on a raw diet please follow the notes given on how to introduce raw foods to your pet.
If your pet starts to show strange or odd systems after being given a meal or treat, please do not continue using and consulting your vet.
Raw meals are delivered frozen & need to be thawed slowly.
Raw meat can not be cooked in the oven, on the stove, or placed in the microwave, they are supposed to be consumed by your pet raw.
Frozen foods need to be placed directly into the freezer once delivered to remain fresh and must not be left out, unless you are thawing it for consumption.
We do not advise that you eat frozen meals that have been left in the fridge or out of the fridge or freezer for more than 3 days.
We do not recommend warming up or heating any of the treats.
Thawing process: Take the product that you would like defrosted out of the freezer & place it directly into the fridge the night before.
All food deliveries are only in Gauteng for the time being, accessories can be couriered outside of Gauteng but will come with additional costs.
Deliveries will be an additional cost to all purchases. All items are made fresh & need to be ordered 3-5 working days prior.
