Cakes and frozen goods can not be shipped or delivered to any other province other than Gauteng. As such, any orders made can not be refunded.

Processed orders are shipped within 4-5 business days.

The Dog Duchess stock items are subject to availability. If an item ordered is out of stock and has been ordered, a Dog Duchess representative will contact you within 1-2 business days using the contact information that was provided at the time the order was placed and will offer a voucher for the value of the item the user ordered.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

The Dog Duchess can only ship cakes and frozen products within the Gauteng region, accessories products and other food items can be shipped within the South African region. When an order is placed, estimated delivery dates are based upon the availability of the item(s) and area. Accessories shipping charges are determined by the total weight of the order placed and food shipping charges are determined by the total distance of the delivery. 

Food deliveries - The Dog Duchess is not responsible for delayed deliveries.

Accessories deliveries - The Dog Duchess is not responsible for delayed deliveries or damages due to the shipping errors by the chosen courier companies.

The Dog Duchess will not take responsibility for incorrect delivery information made by you the user.

We don’t have overnight shipping for any of our food and/or accessory products.

Items will be delivered during work hours 09:00 – 17:00. The Dog Duchess will not be held responsible for any food or accessory products once they have been handed over to the client/purchaser.

During holidays delivery times are not guaranteed, we have no way to control shipping carriers.

We use Postnet shipping for our accessories. A tracking number will be supplied once the item(s) have been sent and The Dog Duchess will not be held liable for delays, damage or loss due to shipping errors.
